Hygiene policy

For health and safety reasons, intimate products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged — this is standard across the industry.

Unopened items

Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty

All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (motor failure, material defects, etc.). Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo — we'll send a free replacement or refund, no return shipment required first.
