Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box or padded mailer — no logos, no product images, no wording that hints at what's inside.

Timelines

• Standard items: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• Bedmate Dolls: shipped via a scheduled white-glove delivery service, typically 2-3 weeks, with advance delivery-window notice.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders over $69. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

International shipping

We ship to most countries. A small number of destinations restrict certain product categories — any restriction relevant to your order will be flagged at checkout.
